A Personne de Confiance en Entreprise (PCE) is an independent, confidential resource available to employees experiencing workplace difficulties. A PCE provides a safe space to discuss concerns, explore options, and access support.
What are an employer’s responsibilities?
Swiss employers have a legal duty to protect employees’ physical and psychological health, dignity, and personal integrity (Art. 328 CO; Labour Act; OLT 3). A PCE can help organizations support employee well-being and foster a healthy workplace culture.
When should someone contact a PCE?
Employees can contact a PCE whenever they are experiencing stress, conflict, communication difficulties, harassment concerns, or other workplace challenges. Early conversations often help prevent issues from escalating.
How does the process work?
Your organization engages TrustLine PCE Partners as an independent PCE service. Following awareness workshops for employees and managers, employees can contact us directly and confidentially whenever they need support.
Is the service confidential?
Yes. Conversations with a PCE are strictly confidential. No information is shared and no action is taken without the employee’s explicit consent.
