Workplace Wellbeing Review

We begin by reviewing your workplace culture, existing wellbeing initiatives and employee experience to identify strengths, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

Tailored Awareness Workshops

We design and deliver engaging workshops for employees and managers to build awareness of psychosocial risks and explain our role—what we do, when to contact us, and how the process works in practice.

Confidential Employee Support Line

Employees usually make their first contact through our confidential support line in order to arrange a one-to-one consultation if appropriate.

Confidential Employee Consultations

We provide 1:1 confidential consultations for employees facing workplace challenges, acting as a neutral sounding board for them to consider and discuss  their options.

Annual Insights Reporting

We deliver an annual anonymised report with key insights and trends to help you better understand the effectiveness of your company’s prevention measures.

Not every organisation needs every service. We tailor our support to your organisation’s needs.

What a Personne de Confiance is, and What it is Not

As your PCE partner, we work alongside your existing wellbeing resources, adding a unique value-added resource that helps employees access the right support at the right time.

A PCE is…

An independent, confidential first point of contact
✓ A trained, impartial listener
✓ A sounding board who helps employees explore their situation
✓ Someone who helps individuals understand possible options
✓ A resource that encourages concerns to be raised early
✓ A complement to existing HR, wellbeing and leadership structures

A PCE is not…

✗ A therapist or doctor.  If appropriate, we may encourage someone to seek professional support.
✗ A lawyer. We don’t provide legal advice or represent either party.
✗ An investigator. We don’t determine what happened or establish fault.
✗ A disciplinary authority. We don’t make decisions or impose consequences.
✗ Human Relations. We don’t replace HR or employee relations processes. We complement them.
✗ A decision-maker. We don’t tell people what they should do. We help them make informed decisions.
✗ A mediator. Unless specifically engaged in that role, we don’t facilitate formal mediation between parties.

An Additional Resource in your Toolkit

Trustline Partners fills the space between informal workplace conversations and formal organisational processes. Employees gain a confidential, independent sounding board, while organisations benefit from earlier intervention, greater trust and better use of existing support structures

Could a PCE benefit your organisation?

We’d be happy to discuss your needs and prepare a tailored proposal for your organisation.
